By accessing or using AI Labs Pro (the “Service”), operated by Autometa Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AI Labs Pro is a paid membership platform that provides educational video content, written resources, community channels, and related tools to subscribers. Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Account holders without an active subscription may sign in but will not be able to access subscriber content.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account as a minor, you represent that such consent has been given.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Two paid plans are available:
Both plans provide identical access to all paid content. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge through our payment processor. We may provide a short period during which access to the Service continues, after which access to subscriber content may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. If the payment remains unresolved, your subscription may be cancelled. You can resubscribe at any time as described in Section 7.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account.
Once the billing period ends following cancellation, your subscription is marked as cancelled and access to paid content is removed.
All payments to AI Labs Pro are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any partial periods following a cancellation or account termination. We do not offer refunds for unused time, missed content, periods of inactivity, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
This policy applies regardless of how recently the payment was made and applies to both new and renewing subscriptions. Where local law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable statutory right to a refund, that right is not affected by this section.
If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, you may resubscribe at any time. The rate offered on resubscription is the standard current rate at the time of resubscription.
We may change the price of any plan from time to time. For active paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically by email or in-app notification) before any price increase takes effect on their subscription. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect, in which case access continues until the end of your current billing period as described in Section 6.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
All content on the Service, including videos, written materials, graphics, code, templates, and software, is owned by or licensed to Autometa Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted by implication.
By posting content in community channels, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your posts. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, and you represent that you have the right to publish it.
We may remove community content at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
If we terminate a paid account for cause under this section, no refund will be issued for any remaining paid period. You may close your own account at any time by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 6 and contacting us to request account deletion.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, including changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice by email or via an in-app banner before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
